Ski Slope Tours: Safe & Fair

Ski slope tours

Those new to ski touring usually prefer to use ski slopes for ascent and descent since alpine dangers such as avalanches, orientation and changing snow conditions are  not a problem here. The primary focus is on fitness and the joy of outdoor exercise.  Even experienced skiers often use the ski slopes as a training facility, particularly in the evening or in early winter when there is still too little snow in the open terrain. Many ski  slopes are regularly used by ski tourers even after the ski lifts have closed.
